SkyMaster Posted August 9, 2016 #2 Share Posted August 9, 2016 I see that you've sailed "Inspiration" in the past, so you will find that "Paradise" is almost a twin to that ship. IMO, very nice ship, with fantastic crew, serving excellent food, and with outstanding entertainment. No problems. ;) "SKY"
JustCruiseMe Posted August 9, 2016 #3 Share Posted August 9, 2016 Ok we weren't impressed with Paradise but it wasn't bad. Just a couple of things, no fridge in the room (inside) take a collapsible cooler and they'll keep it filled with ice. The room was too warm, we like it chilled, we brought a small fan, dinner was super long, could be different now but be prepared. We just like the newer ships with all the bells and whistles. Oh I got sea sick for the first time on Paradise so bring something in case you hit rougher waters. Have fun!
Sixtytwo Posted August 10, 2016 #4 Share Posted August 10, 2016 Best tip I can give you is to get on board, relax, and have one helluva week! [emoji41][emoji907][emoji227]
sushi_tampa Posted August 10, 2016 #5 Share Posted August 10, 2016 Sailed on Parardise last month, have fun, don't let the negative reviews bother you, experience it for yourself. Not sure of any secrets but I did try to find the "secret decks" at the front of the ship but was met with blocked off access or doors that read "Crew Only". FloridaAdGuy Posted August 10, 2016 #6 Share Posted August 10, 2016 Have sailed on Paradise twice...both on the 4-day cruise you'll be taking. First off...get there early and you'll walk right on. We boarded in April around 11:30am and were eating lunch onboard before noon. Also, if parking check out Park4Cruise which is across the street (maybe 5 minute walk). SAILONNOW Posted August 14, 2016 #10 Share Posted August 14, 2016 What cruise terminal is the Paradise currently docking at? We leave Sept 8th and this will be our 6th time on the Paradise, our home away from home! We enjoy the quaint comfort of this smaller ship, especially for a quick long weekend. :D
