You can bring drinks on to the ship for consumption in your cabin. If you bring wine then decide to take it to the dining room you will be charged corkage. In addition to bringing drinks on at embarkation you can also bring on alcohol that is purchased in the ports that you visit. We tend to bring on gin at embarkation and we often buy a bottle of the local wine when we are in port which we then drink on the balcony on sea days.
