NCL Jewel - Bars & Lounges on Sea Day

Can anyone who has sailed on the Jewel recently tell me if all the bars & lounges were open on sea days?

While I have never sailed on the Jewel your statement is rather vague asking if ALL the bars and lounges are open. Are you asking if they are ALL open 24/7 on a sea day? It wouldn't be prudent to staff all the bars all day, but no matter the time there will always be someplace open to get a cocktail. On sea days the bars and lounges surrounding the pool area are always fully staffed where as some smaller bars such as the night club may not open till the early evening.

Are you really asking if "all" the bars are open? There are always a bar open but some only in the evening, I think the buffet bar (with bloody Mary's, beer and mimosas, etc.) and Atrium Café are the first to open and O'Sheehans is open until 4:00 AM. Tsar's (lunch) and Chin Chin (becomes a "noodle bar") are open 12:00-1:30 PM only on specific afternoons during the cruise. The pool bar is open pretty much all day.

Sorry, I should clarify. Are the bars and lounges open during the afternoon of a sea day?

The reason I'm asking is that I'm organizing a pub crawl for our Cruise Critic Roll Call Group and am currently selecting the bars we visit. Specifically, I'm wondering about the Spinnaker Lounge as well as FYZZ Cabaret Lounge.
