Wahoo-Booked my Harvest Caye Cabana

I am so excited I was finally able to book our cabana for our New Year's cruise. Total was $475 for the Private Beach Cabana. The pool cabana was $199.

I pulled my reservation and there is only one excursion listed for HC, and it isn't a cabana. :(

I called the shore excursions department to book one today, and the rep said that they weren't all "loaded into the system" yet (they weren't for my cruise) but that they should be by Friday. She didn't seem to have any other details about what they include, etc.

On November 20 sailing only 7 excursions showing no cabana. Please op please tell us how you booked and sailing date. What is included?

Hello-sorry I can't provide any more details, bummer, I know!

 

That is all they told me were the two prices. No details on how many people, what's included, nothing more.

 

I booked knowing if it didn't fit my needs I could cancel.

 

They said only a few dates were released, so no idea on how far out.

Just off the phone with an NCL shore excursion agent. She said they opened up by mistake for a little while this morning. She said hopefully by tomorrow they should be able to fix whatever glitch there was and they will be available again.

Sailing November 20 just went to nc website and was able to book online. $475 doesn't say what is included though just butler and concierge service. Says fits 6 comfortably we have 7 adults 3 kids.

Not on the excursion site says 6. Went back to copy the info and now it is gone again but pool cabana are listed. I have the email confirmation that I got the ocean one though yippee.

Just checked NCL website for Getaway Nov 27th. There are now 16 excursions listed for Harvest Caye including beach cabanas and poolside cabanas. Wondering if the shore excursion credit could be used for one of the cabanas?
