Baggage limit on NCL, does car seat/stroller/crib count?

We sail on NCL today with an infant. First time with NCL and first time with an infant. The access desk is of no help as they have not gotten back to me about a separate issue/question I had when I contacted them on Saturday.

Does anyone know if the car seat, stroller (baby will be in it), and portable crib count as a piece of luggage for the 2 per person baggage limit?

We are travelling by car after our cruise so we need the car seat and the crib. No exception.

If anyone has an idea it would be appreciated. Just thought I could space things out with an extra bag, but if not I'll have to make it work.
