Puzzle Break and Comedy Club Reservations Harmony

I was just on the Cruise Planner for our Dec. 24 2016 sailing of the Harmony. I noticed there is no option to make reservations for either. Can you make reservations for these items? If they are not on cruise planner, does it mean they are not available or just not available to book yet?
