Old San Juan Hotel

My trip is right around the corner and I have reservation at the Sheraton in Old San Juan. Can't seem to get in touch with them to see if they offer a shuttle to the pier from the hotel. Does anyone know if they do?

We stayed there last Christmas and took a cab to the pier. I don't remember them having a shuttle.

In November 2014 it cost me $20 or $25 to go from Old San Juan to the pier

I don't remember how much a cab was for the 3 of us but you may want to try this company for transport.

We stayed at this hotel in May and they offer no shuttle to/from anywhere as do most if not all hotels in San Juan. Use a taxi.

No shuttle. It wouldn't be that difficult to catch several taxis at the taxi rank at the airport, unless there is a requirement that you all must travel together. Probably less expensive than hiring a private mini-bus. The taxi rates are fixed by zone, plus $1 extra for each piece of luggage. Someone upthread mentioned the price. There is also a thread on this forum that lists all the taxi rates.
