Messina - Ship to Security

I am setting up a private tour for this POC.

 

Disembarkation is supposed to start at 7 a.m. We are on the Royal Princess with 3,500 pax.

 

Is 30 minutes enough time to get off the ship and get past the security gate to meet our driver at 7:30 a.m.?

 

Or would you advise changing the time to 7:45 or 8? Policy of the company is to wait 1/2 hr.

It is a very short distance to the street from the ship...maybe a block, tops. But perhaps setting the start for 8am, so you don't have any issues with the ship being late...

I agree. Hard to rely on ship's planned schedule.
