Oceania deals, northern Europe

Looking at northern Europe on Oceania Aug 2017. Wondered if summer cruises sell out easily, are there deals getting close, have you had deals upgrading last minute?

A unique itinerary is not one I would wait to book

 

If it's the baltics with St. Petersburg you might wait. There is plenty of competition in the market and for some reason there are folks who think taking these cruises is tantamount to supporting Russia so they eschew them

Northern Europe is very popular with Texans and Floridians looking to escape summer heat. I used Princess last summer. And some cool things, like the Tatoo in Edinburgh, sell out and only occur a few weeks in August.

I agree very limited number of cruises.. in cases of Norway and Greenland and the fjords they only offer 1 cruise per year each... More to Russia but the northern countries are like june to august pretty much as observed.

 

Like Alaska they are VERY popular and not many cabins. Due to the laws of supply and demand I have yet to see a fare reduction on them.

 

 

Hey They just released a July 2018 cruise to Norway last month , and their being only 1 in 2018 I jumped on it like gang-busters....
