Promenade Room near Atrium and Elevators, a Problem?

We are looking at a promenade stateroom on the FOS, but it is right by the elevators and next cruise desk/atrium on the back half of the ship.

 

Has anyone gotten a room in that section and how noisy is it? They also have mid-ship rooms but they are all connecting. TIA.

The closer to the elevators the happier we are. No problem with noise and it is so convenient!!

Would suggest posting on the RC board for more responses.

 

If noise is really an issue for you, I would be more concerned about the promenade room, with the parades, shows, people in the promenade area, etc. Elevators on RC ships are separated by a wall and lobby area.
