How old does someone have to be to cruise without their parents?

I believe it's 21 or over and they can book. If anyone is under 21, then someone 25 or older needs to book in the room. Exception is if the minors are the children of someone over 21

Additional exceptions are 18-20 year olds serving in the Military or 18-20 year old legally married couples including same gender couples.
