ozscotart Posted March 5, 2017 #6 Share Posted March 5, 2017 I haven't been able to login to my account on my iPad and iPhone for some time now, I contacted NCL UK who said said it's a known problem. No amount of deleting cookies, changing passwords etc fixed it, it's a bug in their system. Fortunately my husbands account logon still works. I can access via laptops and desktops.
