What time is luggage pick up

Hi guys we are on the epic, staying in an Haven suite, this is our first ever cruise, I have been told that your luggage is picked up on the last night of the cruise, does anyone know what time they do this with Haven guests. thanks

Our last voyage, the letter from the concierge said to have bags out before midnight. I'm almost positive its always midnight.

 

You will receive a letter explaining the process.

You will have to set your luggage outside your door by 11 or 12....remember to keep something to wear on the trip home, and keep a bag for toiletries and the last nights clothes!

Last month the time was no later than 11 pm. Have fun!

You will get a couple of different instructions that say both 11 pm and midnight. Midnight is fine.

 

A couple of years ago, we followed a young family down the gangway. A young child asked his mother why she was walking, uncomfortably, in bare feet. The mom's response was "daddy packed mommy's shoes"

 

Triple check that you have clothes to wear on disembarkation day. Don't want to be walking off the ship in your PJs.
