What to use to download?

Hi everyone, this is a question for UK cruisers. We have a long journey from Liverpool to Southampton and return and also a relaxing cruise. I know we can download bbc iplayer stuff to our tablets and watch while we are away but what do others use to download programmes / films? I assume Netflix but I think you pay for that. Thanks for your help, in advance

Many library systems around the world are allowing for free downloads of books, music and video. You might want to check out what's available to you. FWIW, anyone traveling through Seattle can get downloads from Seattle library kiosks in the airport.
