Some please correct me if i'm wrong, but that means the bartenders for say the drink package are not "automatically" tiped? Same is true for specialty dining? Assuming that if this is true they would have to be manually tipped?

 

But also you still will get the auto SVC charge for your room right?

The 18% gratuities/service charge for the perks is INCLUDED in the price of the Haven/Suites - it is not REMOVED.

 

The Daily Service Charge remains intact, yes.

NCL is supposedly covering/paying the tips for Suite guests who receive the promo beverage and dining packages, so officially no additional tip for these is needed. The per person daily service charge will be added to your account and due at the end of the cruise.
