Review Costa Maya - Blue Kay Beach

One of our port stops in December 2016 on Rhapsody of the Sea was Costa Maya. We spent the day at Blue Kay Beach. The lounge chairs are free when you buy food and drinks. You can walk to the beach or take the tram. You can see my write up with pictures here:

Great review. Looks like a fun day. Didn't realize the beach is walkable from the port.

Blue Kay seems to send mixed messages as to whether loungers are free with food and/or drink purchase or one/two drinks are free with lounger rental purchase.

 

I wish they would decide on a more consistent arrangement. However we are looking to try them or Pittaya on our next visit so we will see what they tell us.

Nice pictures. We were in CM last December and didn't see the beach in the pier. Where was it exactly?

The beach in the pier was right as we walked back to the ship. I don't really consider it a beach, just beach chairs on hard sand.
