Well, as we don't know what cruise line you are sailing on, it is challenging for us to help you. For example, HAL doesn't put their edocs out until 50 days prior to sailing. So I would be asking on the board for whatever cruise line you are sailing.

Better to ask on the NCL board, as it is a policy and procedure issue that applies worldwide, not just Alaska.

I was able to check in on line and download our edocs with luggage tags a couple weeks ago. We sail in NCL 6-5-17
