cherylandtk Posted May 31, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 31, 2017 Buy two one-day cards IF the cards will save you any money on transportation. With a Saturday arrival and a Monday departure, you likely will only use the travel card on Sunday, however. Which airport, what time of day? Which port, Southampton? Where is hotel? Rare LHT28 Posted May 31, 2017 #3 Share Posted May 31, 2017 I would ask on the British Isles forum in ports of call section lots of locals there to give advice
fishywood Posted May 31, 2017 #4 Share Posted May 31, 2017 You received plenty of good advice when you asked the same question two weeks ago: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2501353 As for getting from hotel to airport--really helps to know where your hotel is. Public Transport options from LHR to greater London vary significantly by neighborhood. And take into consideration if you pre-order the London Pass with the Tube option you will not be able to use it to take the Tube from LHR as only the pass without the Tube option can be pre-downloaded. You will have to pick up your passes at the London Pass office near Piccadilly Circus if you want the Tube included.
