I don't read many books while on the cruise itself, but I love my kindle and audiobooks during the long drives from NC to Florida and back.

I probably won't read/listen to them all, but I like to have some options that cover a variety of topics.

Captain Albert still blogs on a daily basis when he is not on vacation. (He is currently at home on vacation.)

Very good advice. Unknowingly, I did make the mistake of starting in the middle, and fell in love anyway. Wish I could have undone that mistake and started at the beginning. With some mystery novels, it doesn't matter so much, but the character development over time (as well as the sequence of events) is important for Louise Penny's Chief Inspector Gamache.

 

 

 

Louise Penny is coming to Denver for a book signing next month and I'm hoping to go! She is one of my favorites!
