HAL you really need to rethink your IT strategy.

We have experienced the odd issue on several cruise line web sites.

 

What distinguishes HAL's website (and Celebrity's) is that it is consistently poor. Both in terms of performance and ease of navigation.

 

Add to that a complete lack of on board customer self serve and informational iT systems (Celebrity excells here) and you have a complete failure in customer focus.
