Credit cards are registered on a machine at the atrium, you fill in the details of your credit card and it registers against your room account. You do have to collect your vouchers from the casino bar also

If you need to purchase and you are sailing Divina, just sit down at the buffet and the bar staff will come around showing you the packages. They will take your card and do it for you. Very simple. Sailed her twice and love the vouchers. Great for those that want to drink some, but nowhere near the unlimited amount.

The casino is "open" upon embarkation solely for the purpose of being the spot to pick up vouchers. It is not "open" as in gambling.

You don't purchase them in the casino, you pick them up there if you pre purchase.

If you pre- purchase the drink vouchers or a drink package, you save the 15% service charge that you will pay if you purchase these things onboard.

you'll be able to purchase them at the bars alternatively there will be desks around the ship where people will be selling drinks packages

I understand the Fantastica package of vouchers can only be used in the dinning rooms at meal times. Can you use them at other meal venues such as the sport bar?

 

I would also ask about those that come with the loyalty package. Do you pick them up at the casino as well. Thanks and Peace

Got my Edocs today and it states that all PREPAID vouchers will be delivered to cabin. (We ordered 18 vouchers in addition to the included Fantastica 24. Nothing in Edocs about the 24.

I spoke with MSC about this and they told me to ignore what was on the Edocs...Pick up vouchers in casino!

They were missing some of our vouchers - we also had prepaid and fantastica so it was an it frustrating the first hour of the cruise going from the casino to the front desk back to casino but in the end we got all we were expecting - in the casino so don't wait to get them in your room! They want you to sign a receipt so they won't just leave them!
