Agree with doing some research on the Florida Departures board- this is discussed there every day.

 

Cab is the most expensive, other than a limo. Uber and shuttles are commonly recommended.

Agree with checking out the Fort Lauderdale Departure forum for different options. We have used SAS multiple times and have been pleased with their service and rates. We always do a pre-cruise day/night so we've been picked up our hotel. The shuttle service is a shared ride service. Here's a link to their website...www.ridesas.com.
