In the UK NCL offer a Premium all inclusive fare. For anyone that has been on a cruise with this offer, what exactly do you get. The ad is a bit vague, it says premium drinks package and gratuities and service charge. Does the free service charge include the daily service charge of $13?

Yes, basically if you have the all inclusive then the only gratuities/service charges you will have to pay are those charged on purchases (meals, spa etc or drinks not fully covered by the beverage package).

Obviously you can tip extra if you wish, but that is entirely voluntary.

Does NCL still offer a price without the "all inclusive"?

Yes, on the US site.

I like speciality dining and the UBP so, prefer to book through the US website as it offers a better price for me with the package I want, usually the gratuities are covered by the on board credit offered.
