Noreen411 Posted September 6, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 6, 2017 Hi We are thinking about possibly doing a back to back cruise. If we aren't able to get the same cabin for both legs, how hard is it to change cabins? Thank you Noreen
geomancer Posted September 6, 2017 #2 Share Posted September 6, 2017 It's easy, they'll move your stuff but you do have to put it in your bags (and/or hang clothes on hangers).
Clarea Posted September 6, 2017 #3 Share Posted September 6, 2017 Hi We are thinking about possibly doing a back to back cruise. If we aren't able to get the same cabin for both legs, how hard is it to change cabins? Thank you Noreen Not that hard. You would have to pack all your items that are not hanging in the closet. The stateroom attendant(s) will move your luggage and hanging items.

matandbri Posted September 6, 2017 #6 Share Posted September 6, 2017 The one time we moved cabins the cabin we were moving to didn't get vacated until the final call for everyone to be departed. The room still had to be cleaned and that meant we got our room the same time those just boarding got theirs. Then we got to spend more time unpacking instead of enjoying vacation. In the scheme of things, it's not a big deal, but having kept the same cabin on a previous b2b, I missed being able to relax and enjoy turn around day. Midwest Sunseeker Posted September 6, 2017 #7 Share Posted September 6, 2017 We had a special lunch for b2b people that was the best lunch ever had during a cruise. So it did not matter that we got into our new room late. They moved everything for us . I think I remember them even moving the drawers. Sam.Seattle Posted October 29, 2017 #8 Share Posted October 29, 2017 I am glad I found this thread that answered my concern about changing rooms on a B2B sailing. I am wait listed for to change our room should the preferred room become available for the fist leg of our B2B sailing. Any one have any recent experiences? Especially on the Navigator...
