Hello From The Diamond

Just wanted to post and tell everyone how wonderful this ship is. Everything has been perfect. I'm even enjoying PC dining in the various dining rooms.

 

We have a mini-suite (Cat AC) and are extremely pleased with it.

 

For those of you who are taking our places on Saturday, get ready for an incredible ship!! It's big... we're sold out ... but there is always a place to just be alone and enjoy your thoughts.

 

We already put down our money on an open deposit and hope to get on the Diamond or Sapphire again in the near future.

 

I'll post some thoughts once we are home next week.

 

Also, we loved Burt Stratton (pianist/comedian).

I am so glad you are having a great cruise. We want to hear more. I will be on the Sapphire in Oct. I am just curious if you will be docking in Victoria. Have a wonderful time.

I was on the 5/15 cruise and we had lots of problems - but I've rarely seen any posts saying there was anything bad about the ship itself. We had problems, but loved the Diamond and would sail on her again anytime. If the current cruise is going well - I can't imagine anyone having anything bad to say about her.

I was on the 5/29 sailing and we made every port, had an easy embarkation and debarkation, and had a wonderful time on the cruise. I can't think of anything bad on our cruise. I can't wait to do the trip again. So, that's how uw can talk about how wonderful things are, because I felt the same way.

We were on the "horrendous" 5/22, again, no complaints were registered against the ship itself, they were wind, corporate, virus, missed ports. None of that was specific to that ship.

 

The loudest protests had to do with the way princess handled it, no one on the Diamond was calling those shots.
