FNDR, BOGO, only for US passengers?

I see lots of people talking about these promotions for specialty restaurants, but have been checking for our sailing and they never appear. Are they only available for Americans? (we are Australian.)

Available for Canadians as well however we do share the same booking platform.

FNDR varies by cruise i think. I've did it once from a cruise out from SG.

We've done FNDR in the past from NZ.

I am from Belgium and BOGO is available to me. I have never seen FNDR though.

I'm in Portugal and the opposite is true for me: FNDR is available but I have never seen BOGO.

I guess they just offer different stuff for different markets.

Different stuff for different sailings here int eh US too. Not all options are available on all sailings.
