another voom question

I just purchased the soda package with voom last night.

 

If I am understanding correctly there are 2 different voom packages. voom surf and voom stream.

 

If that is true how do I know which one I have and what is the difference in packages?

 

Is the surf package slower than stream?

 

I read all the past threads about voom that answered some of my questions but I am still quite confused.

 

We are on the Oasis if that matters.

^ other than a few exceptions - that's the norm (maybe slightly better ping) on O3B equipped ships.
