Breakaway - Cirque Premium Seating?

Reservations just opened up for dinner/shows on my Breakaway sailing, but I'm not seeing an option for premium seating for Cirque. Has anyone run into this before?

Also, has anyone seen a $40 charge for one person to sign up for the Crique Dinner show online and $11 for the other two guests on the reservation? Is this typical?

yes..the $40 dollar person does not have the dining package. the $11 two guest has the dinning package and will be using the package for cirque

Anyone have any experience with not seeing any premium seating options the day reservations open?

I have reserved on the day with standard seating. I just showed up slightly early and got seats right at the very front of the stage. I think premium seating sits a little bit higher in the back, which I did not see anyone take.
