S.S.Oceanlover Posted December 1, 2017 #1 Share Posted December 1, 2017 Is it not possible to pay less than $500 at a time online at the RCI website? I was trying to put $400 on my cruise and $250 on my sons cruise but it kept defaulting back to $500. I'm assuming if I call and can get this done with the lesser amounts? TIA Bill
Ashland Posted December 1, 2017 #2 Share Posted December 1, 2017 Handle this with a phone call...and also request that an updated confirmation be sent. I never trust any type of payments to RCI online...especially when it comes to my final payment.

S.S.Oceanlover Posted December 1, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted December 1, 2017 They still have not fixed the website to allow lesser amounts. It seems like such a waste of resources having phone agents being tied up with things you should able to easily do online if the IT dept could get their act together. it's also seems a lot it also seems a lot of wasted time and effort when the website constantly reprice is people's cruises and then you have to spend an hour on the phone getting it fixed. Bill I think in both cases it must be profitable to the company, else they would have fixed these issues years ago.
