We have never been to the steakhouse. So, we have a couple of questions.

 

I just made the reservation for our March cruise how long does it take to get the confirmation?

 

I also read that since we booked the first night we will get a free bottle of wine. What kind of wine is it? We prefer a semi sweet white wine.

 

And if anyone has any pictures you would like to share with would enjoy it.

I requested reservation received reply after three days.

From previous cruises and dinners at the steakhouse for free bottle of wine as a house white or red.

It wasn’t great but hey it was free. However they also offer you any other bottle of wine at 50 percent off and the Riesling is lightly sweet and I thought pretty good.

The free Red is usually a Santa Carolina Merlot (from Chile).

It took me almost a week to get a confirmation, so don't worry if it takes a little longer.

We received our reservation confirmation a week after sending. We only drink red wines and have been very happy with the free selections (we are wine snobs). If Chardonnay is a choice as a white, it is definitely not a semi-sweet wine that you prefer, it is very sharp. If you decide to go with the 50% off on another bottle, a German white Spatlese or Auslese would be a great choice if they have either one. You will love the Steakhouse - great atmosphere and food. We usually eat there at least twice or three times on a 7-day cruise.

You can add it to the receipt you sign. You don’t pay for the meal until you are finished anyway. They say tip is included but we have given a little extra.
