wolfganghowell Posted February 8, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 8, 2018 Yes, I know the Ports of Call area but there's limited traffic there. I've tried. So giving this a shot. Has anyone done the Snorkel/Beach/Margaritaville excursion in Falmouth? We really like the M-ville there but I'd like to get some beach time in as well. Any info appreciated! parrotfeathers Posted February 8, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 8, 2018 Don't have an answer for your excursion but you seem familiar with m-ville. Do you know if they make their margaritas from scratch? Or use a mixer? There's a big difference in taste.
wolfganghowell Posted February 8, 2018 Author #3 Share Posted February 8, 2018 From a mix. They have some tasty frozen concoctions there but I confess I haven't had their margaritas. Tequila and I don't get along.
SI Cruiser Posted February 9, 2018 #4 Share Posted February 9, 2018 I did this excursion two years ago. Do not expect your typical Margaritaville. It is a small shack on the beach with outhouses for bathroooms. The catamaran drops you off in 4 feet of water and you need to carry all belongings to the beach as the cat goes back to other ships to pick up passengers. Your stuff will get wet as you have to carry it over your head. The drinks are fine. Locals walk the beach selling their crafts and joints. wolfganghowell Posted February 9, 2018 Author #5 Share Posted February 9, 2018 Hmm, it ends up at the M-ville at Falmouth port. Didn't they take you there after the beach and snorkeling?
