Sorry for the assumption there, we were aware that our issue was being handled by management and had no idea there was someone else in the "group" having an issue! I'm glad they managed to get the products they needed eventually, let them know that in the future if they have any issues, there is a store in George Town called Kirk Market with a large stock of non dairy! I do know personal information can sometimes be quite sensitive. I'm glad MSC was able to at least make it a bit better eventually for you. Edit: And now that you've told what all you went through, I wonder if their non-dairy wasn't part of that which was never loaded from the same supplier?
