Since the Horizon is still under construction, and there are as yet any staff on the ship, an email address at this point would be useless.

It should also be pointed out that Carnival (via John Heald) has requested that guests NOT email the Maitre'Ds directly. They are not responsible or required to respond directly to guests. If you have a specific request, it has been requested to forward to John Heald 4 days prior to your cruise.

Shes less than a month away from her inaugural sailing.

 

Staff will be arriving very soon to help finish off...if they are not around already.

 

In fact, I am sure there was a video of the crew arriving on JH's public page very recently.
