cabin 9630 or d1 category in jewel of the seas

I recently went from an E1 room to a D1 room. where is the difference seen visually or felt. it suppose to be 20 sf more room, but still looks so small. can anyone tell me to what room 9630 is like on this ship? thanks much.

You get a three cushion sofa with the D1 instead of a two cushion sofa with the E1. Very little diff between any of the balcony cabins - location is probably the most important factor.

The D1 also has a bookcase built in to the end of the vanity which makes it great for more storage. The square footage, the bookcase and the couch are the main differences.

thanks for answering that question.. couldn't figure it out. they looked exactly the same size.

A D category is a bit larger...the cabin is longer, but no wider than an E. You get a bit more "floor space". The balcony and bathroom are the same size as in an E category cabin.
