Carnival door decoration

I seen on carnivals website that you are allowed to decorate door but must be fire retardant material not just anything sprayed with it. What exactly is allowed

Honestly -- I don't see any reason to decorate cabin doors -- not even during the holidays.

I can understand decorating the inside of the door to enjoy when in the room, but the desire to decorate the outside baffles me. How can someone enjoy their decorations when they can't see them?

Easier to find your room. And yes just because it’s not something you would do doesn’t mean it’s not something someone else would enjoy

How difficult is it to look at the room number on the wall/door? I don't get it either. I liken it to neighbors decorating their front yard with pink flamingos, plastic gnomes, jockey statues, and flower pots made out of toilets. :D

We love decorating. You can get decor from Shindigz that's flame retardant. :)

We have completed over 20 cruises on 5 or 6 different cruise lines.

 

We have never had an issue in finding our cabin. The little number at the side has been a great help.
