Floflegs Posted March 20, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 20, 2018 We arrive at Southampton Airport at the very early time of 8.15 as our flight time was changed. We have transfer to port included in our package. What will happen when we get to the port?

majortom10 Posted March 20, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 20, 2018 If your flight arrives at 8-15am by the time you have received your suitcases and been transferred to the docks it will be not far off 10am I would then wait for them to take your suitcases and then take a walk into Southampton for a couple of hours and have a look around the shops to kill a bit of time. john watson Posted March 20, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 20, 2018 You could always book a slot at the Grand Harbour Hotel Cruise Lounge. It opens for anyone, including non-residents at 7am daily. The non-alcoholic tariff is cheapest and they do a concierge transfer to quayside for passengers. Suitcases may be deposited free of charge while you go around town or sit in the lounge and have snacks. Check hotel details on the website. Otherwise you will have a very long and unpleasant wait with no refreshments at the Cunard check-in port area.
