floridalover5623 Posted August 2, 2018 #51 Share Posted August 2, 2018 Avoiding the rush on the last morning in the Horizon can be totally avoided just by arriving there a little earlier than normal. It's quiet & they start setting up much earlier than normal.

CruisinCouple2010 Posted August 2, 2018 #53 Share Posted August 2, 2018 We have always been asked to vacate by 8:00 AM
EastBay Cruisers Posted August 2, 2018 #54 Share Posted August 2, 2018 Last year on the Emerald, the time to vacate was 8 A.M. We wanted the cabin to be available for the new passengers when they boarded at 11:30 A.M. ( just as the cabin was ready for us at that time), so we were glad to vacate in order to accommodate the hard-working crew and the new passengers. ( We were sad to see the cruise end, however!) Traveller94 Posted August 4, 2018 #55 Share Posted August 4, 2018 This was also our experience on the CB in June - out of the cabin by 8:00. When we boarded (1130-ish), there were signs on the closed doors leading to the cabins stating that they would not be available until 1:00. This was the first time we'd experienced having to wait - and that's after quite a few Princess cruises. We had this same experience on the Grand in April.
