Would someone be able to tell me for certain whether they will punch the Liberty Seapass for a lanyard?

Since Liberty does not have the RFID SeaPass cards, there should be no problem getting them punched.

Has been done for us on freedom and indy. Believe they wont on quantum class.

At each check-in counters in Galveston terminal, they have hole punchers laid out in plain sight for you to use. Becareful if you are doing on your own, avoid punching the hole on the magnetic stripe

You can also just go to the customer service counter on board and they'll be happy to punch the hole for you. They use a rectangular type of punch for the hole.
