Royal caribbean online check in

Recommended Posts

I could not use the " blue" page to check into a cruise . I used an old site. and got in right away.

I must admit this is the worst website mistake that RCI has done in at least the past 15 years............

Did you scroll through the entire T&C? It won't let you accept until you do that.

Thanks, but I was sure to scroll through the entire accept dialogue box. Have now also tried Internet Explorer. Oh, well. As I said. Have plenty of time.

Just so you guys know, I switched from Mozilla to Edge, and it worked for me. I also had to switch to consecutive cruiser on both browsers, but it only worked on Edge.

Is there any reason to change it from consecutive cruiser back to however I was arriving (a shuttle from hotel)? Could I just keep it? My boarding time was 12:30-1pm either way.

I really don't think it will make a difference, I'm not sure that the "consecutive cruiser" selection from the online check-in actually gets to the ship. However, in case it does, I'd try to change it if possible.

No matter if there is a computer glitch or two getting your documents done or your luggage tags done before the day of departure, I would rather do it in my leisure time at home than at the terminal on boarding day which is not always the smoothest adventure.

I agree with you Bosco. The less I have to do at the terminal the better. I have always used the online check-in in the past and it had always gone smoothly until RCCL started with all these website problems. At least for my check-in, it seems lke the problems have been resolved.
