It’s impossible to pay my balance!

Final payment is due next week for my July Anthem sailing.

 

I booked through Mlife.

 

The Mlife number and others numbers I’ve found are busy (after pushing the options)

 

There is a link in one email to pay online, but it just say’s busy.

 

I can log into my cruise and book drinks/dining etc but can’t pay the balance.

 

I was sent a reminder for payment today via email from a real named person, but when I replied to explain the trouble I was having I got an auto reply to say the email address did not accept incoming mail.

 

If the service is this dire when trying to pay........

I would call the main RCI reservation number and inform them. Don't get off the phone until you have resolution.

I'd give it a couple of more days, and if you still cannot pay, then call Royal directly to pay. They may let you pay if you explain the situation.

If you booked via MLife, that mean's you booked with Club Royale. Call Club Royale at 888-561-2234.
