VOOM sign in...

Sailing the Allure on Sunday. Quick question about Voom. Are you able to use more than one device? If you sign out on your phone can you sign back in on your IPad? I was just wondering...

Any number of devices, but just one (or however many devices you buy) logged in at a time.

I bought it for one device and had my iPhone and iPad connected at the same time.

We bought it for one device last week on the Indy and could use any device we wanted, ipad, iphone, computer as long as we used one at a time..just be away that the service sucked most of the time.

Yes. Just sign in and sign out. Voom was working a little weird on the Anthem last week. My devices that weren’t signed in were still getting notifications but you couldn’t click through for additional information. I would get a notification that I got new email but when clicking on it, it wouldn’t actually go through to the email. It was helpful though because I was still able to get notifications without being signed in.

Voom was working a little weird on the Anthem last week. My devices that weren’t signed in were still getting notifications but you couldn’t click through for additional information. I would get a notification that I got new email but when clicking on it, it wouldn’t actually go through to the email. It was helpful though because I was still able to get notifications without being signed in.

That is part of the IT bug on ships that use the Royal IQ app - some things work (including iMessage texting) without a VOOM package.

I had that happen a few times on the Allure. But majority of the time I had to either sign out from my first device or if I logged onto a second it would kick out the first.
