Visigoth Posted June 2, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 2, 2018 Apparently priority check-in and priority boarding for Latitudes members that are Priority, Priority Plus, or Ambassador level is dependent on the embarkation terminal and port. Does anyone know if the Julia Street Cruise Terminal in New Orleans offers priority line check-in and/or has a priority waiting area after check-in? Does anyone know if the Julia Street Cruise Terminal in New Orleans offers priority line check-in and/or has a priority waiting area after check-in?Julia Street had separate check in lines for Platinum and above. I am Platinum and didn't see a separate boarding area. I just sat in the big waiting area near the entrance. It was hard to hear but Platinum was called before the assigned numbers. Maybe someone with Platinum Plus or above can chime in here. Enjoy your cruise. Sent from my SHIELD Tablet K1 using Tapatalk
Visigoth Posted June 3, 2018 Author #3 Share Posted June 3, 2018 Thank you, Mike. One more question, please. Is there pedestrian access to the terminal from the River Walk?
Derek Sutton Posted June 3, 2018 #4 Share Posted June 3, 2018 Pedestrian access is very simple. We usually go through the mall and at the end of the food court there is an elevator to take down to the street level. Just cross through the drop off area and you are at the terminal. roger001 Posted June 3, 2018 #5 Share Posted June 3, 2018 The only separate waiting area we saw was for suite guests. As someone said, Platinum does get a different check in line usually, with a lower boarding number when that begins.
