Pools on the Norwegian Breakaway

Are the pools heated or covered? Am doing the transatlantic cruise from Copenhagen to New York and I know the weather will not be hot. Just wondering if we will use the pools at all.

Can't speak to the Havens pool but the main pool is not covered. I seem to remember that questions being asked at an officer Q&A and them saying the water is heated a little but not a lot.

On our Alaskan cruise, with outside temps in the 50’s and wind across the deck, the pools got some use. Early in the morning, you could see “steam” coming off the water.

Hi, we were on the Breakaway in late June in the Baltic Sea and it appeared that the pools were heated a little. The only covered pool was in the Haven. Given that your sailing is in October, I'm guessing it will not feel like pool weather, except for the days that you are very far south in the Azores. Might be a good sailing to get the Thermal Suite pass!
