Does Suite concierge contact you before short cruises?

We are booked on Mariner for a 3 night cruise leaving Friday (8/3). We are in a GS. When we sailed on Oasis in a CLS, we heard from the concierge about a week prior to sail date. We haven’t heard from the concierge yet. Will they contact us before this short cruise?

The concierge contacted us on our last 3 night cruise on Enchantment. About a week before if I recall correctly.

I also got an e-mail about 10 days before on Oasis. We were Sky Class, not Star Class, so just regular concierge instead of a Royal Genie.
