Coming in on the Sunshine 1-11pm. WhTs bear the dock?

We are thinking of doing Palm beach for a bit and then want to explore awhile. What is near the dock? We thought about going back to change and head out for a few more hours, anything to do that wouldn’t require getting a cab?

Very walkable...several blocks worth of casinos, shops, restaurants...easy walking.

I’ve heard shops near the port close at 6pm and Palm beach area shops stay open until 9pm. Has anyone else heard this?

This is true. Some stores in Palm are open later than 9.

Can you elaborate on the pedestrian walkway, please? Where does one access it and is it adjacent to the water? Thanks!

It is a very nice paved sidewalk that begins near Renaissance Marina, and goes along the waterfront past Surfside Beach .

Sorry, I don't, but if you start walking along the sidewalk from the cruise port, until you get to it, and continue walking all of the way to Surfside Beach, you will have walked several miles. The walkway continues past there, towards the airport, but I've never noticed where it stops . Perhaps someone with more knowledge than I have will chime in. We walk it often between Renaissance Marina and Surfside. It's a lovely walk.
