Shuttles to cabanas at HMC?

Can someone give me specific instructions on where to find the little golf carts or shuttles which take you to the cabanas at Half Moon Cay?

 

Also, do people use them to go get food & bring back to their cabana?

 

How often do they run?

When you check in at the activities booth for your cabana, they will direct you to the shuttle. It will actually start further away from the beach, but takes you to the cabanas. 

 

The shuttles are not dedicated to the cabanas alone. They support a number of things, and are not on any firm schedule. The little golf carts are generally not used for pax transport, rather for ship's personal to support the various things going on, like cabanas with Butler upgrades, which involve serving food in the cabanas.

 

Is mobility an issue? If yes, you might consider a cabana closer to the action, or notifying your cruise line of your needs on the HMC stop.. Otherwise the distances aren't great.

Okay - thanks for the info. I’ve had a cabana before but it seemed like a long walk.  I don’t walk as well now.
