Does anyone know if RC allows you to bring a case of water on board with your luggage? From the Royal Caribbean website: Guests may also bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom. Milk and distilled water brought on for infant, medical, or dietary use are permitted. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/food-drink-onboard-policy

First Aider Posted November 1, 2018 #4 Share Posted November 1, 2018 Last year I went on RC and people had a case of water. They put a room tag on it like it was luggage and it was delivered to their room! Maybe they changed it.
George C Posted November 1, 2018 #5 Share Posted November 1, 2018 The rule for 12 bottles is very recent, never know if they will enforce it.
DeniseE85 Posted November 2, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted November 2, 2018 Yes, I think my husband and I are going to stick to what's listed on the website. Better safe than sorry. 😐
George C Posted November 2, 2018 #7 Share Posted November 2, 2018 We now get drink package which includes water, but before that we always brought refillable water bottles.
SRF Posted November 3, 2018 #8 Share Posted November 3, 2018 RCi used to officially prohibit any drinks. But allowed water on board. Some ports you could put a tag on it and check it. Others, you had to put it in a bag and tag it. Others you had to carry it on. Just the past couple of months, the policy changed to as stated above. btregoning Posted November 11, 2018 #9 Share Posted November 11, 2018 We just cruised on the Anthem out of Bayonne, NJ (11/3 - 11/10). I put a case of Dasani (32 pack from Sam's) in a duffle bag and put a luggage tag on it. We had to go to Security where it was being held in the "suspected liquor" section. Once we opened it and showed that it was a case of water, we were allowed to take it to our stateroom with no problem.
