Customer service email address

Does somebody have a valid email address for customer service? I tried customerservice@msccruisesusa.com and it got bounced back as invalid.

I don't have a eMail address for customer service since I contacted them only via phone 3-times, never by eMail. On MSC USA website is a "CONTACT US" form which can be filled out and submitted through the website. Link: https://www.msccruisesusa.com/en-us/Contact/Contact-Us.aspx

If you have a current booking number you can correspond  through:  MSCExistingReservations@msccruisesusa.com

Contact us form on web site is not working for me. I fill it out and hit submit the type field disappears and it tells me it is a required field but will not let me change it back. No existing res yet, I am trying to book.

Just call and speak directly with your Travel Agent...much easier than email.
