Let's say you buy the BJ chips:  $500 gets you $550 - and all in promo chips?  And these don't count towards your loyalty points when used?  How do they change them out to regular chips so eventually you get credit for the money being wagered?  Do they swap them out after each win?  This seems so odd.  It would make sense if the promotional part is only the extra $50.

Captains club representative confirmed that I actually bought multiple and agreed the receipt didn't properly reflect that.  She has been working all morning with IT to get it resolved.  At minimum she said she would send me an email confirming the quantity purchased.  We'll see how long it takes to get IT straightened out.

i ordered 10 for $500 and my email says:

Casino Tables Free Play: $55 for $50:   Total Packages Purchased: 1 Total Cost *: 50.00 USD
