Hi

I am considering cruise in May 2019 on celebrity summit.

is Balcony rooms or concierge class have a bathtub?

I have a toddler and it is a pain to wash him in the shower.

Fairly sure you need sky suite or above for a bath tub...

I have read of others in similar situation who brought a small inflatable pool and put that in the shower, filled it with some water and used it like a tub.  Maybe that would work for you?

That's a great idea provided the blowup is small enough to put in the shower.  Then the OP can bring it to the pool.  I've seen the staff happily filling inflatables so that toddler's can enjoy the pool area.
